Another Light of the City explores the established rules and structures that shape urban life, as well as the alternative forms of connection that emerge within the spaces between them.

SAN SAN GEAR’s Fall/Winter 2026 collection, titled “Cable,” defines a new direction for the brand—one centered on refined looks, restrained design, and timeless form.

Moving beyond the identity built around strong individual pieces, SAN SAN GEAR focuses on the completeness of the entire look. Clean compositions and clear silhouettes allow the wearer to naturally project their own identity onto the garments.
“Cable” explores the invisible tension of today’s hyper-individualized society,
where individuals appear independent yet remain deeply connected through invisible networks and flows of data.
The collection draws on this contradictory connectivity, alongside the cold tension and concealed utility of the Cold War era, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens.
The cable becomes a metaphor for connection, boundaries, and hidden purpose.
These ideas are translated into the garments through high-density shell fabrics, precise panel lines, seamless construction, and concealed utility details.
Hidden drawstrings and internal channels allow the wearer to adjust the garment and create a sense of separation from external noise.

Ultimately, SAN SAN GEAR presents a balance between sculptural form and concealed functionality, proposing clothing as an organic system
that supports the individual within an increasingly hyper-personalized everyday life.
SAN SAN GEAR presents ‘CABLE’, a compilation album created in collaboration with artists from around the world, alongside the launch of its FW26 ‘CABLE’ collection.
Featuring four tracks, the album brings together Seoul-based Mount Xlr, Japan’s kimishima ohzora, Canada-based ouri, and the Netherlands’ bby eco. Each artist translates their own interpretation of ‘CABLE’ into an individual track, while the four pieces organically intertwine to form a continuous sonic journey.

‘CABLE’ is the result of translating SAN SAN GEAR’s vision for FW26 into the medium of music, expanding the collection’s sensibility and worldview into a new form of narrative.

The album will be available from 6 PM on the 20th across major music platforms worldwide, including Spotify, Apple Music, and Melon. It will also be available for listening at the SAN SAN GEAR flagship store.

Within a restrained exterior stripped of excess, utility and purpose are embedded, allowing the wearer to naturally project their own body and movement into the garment.
