Shipping Area: Nationwide (excluding some areas)

Shipping Fee: Conditional Free Shipping (3,000 KRW charged for orders under 70,000 KRW)

Returns

Application Period: Within 7 days of receipt (My Page → Order History)
Processing Method: Processed sequentially within business days after receipt (automatic pickup by designated courier service)
For returns, a 6,000 KRW deduction will be made before a refund is processed (does not apply to incorrect delivery or defective items).
For returns/exchanges to Jeju Island and other remote islands/mountainous areas, a round-trip shipping fee of 13,000 KRW will be charged.
